They were married at Beargrass Christian Church in Louisville, Ky. by Dr. Leigh Bond the pastor.  Their reception was held at the historic Pendennis Club downtown Louisville. Here is some interesting facts from Wikipedia.

The Pendennis Club was established in 1881 and modeled in part on English gentleman's clubs. It took its name from William Makepeace Thackeray's mid-19th century novel Pendennis. The first clubhouse, acquired in 1883, was a former Belknap family mansion. Soon after opening, a banquet was held to entertain President Chester A. Arthur on August 1, 1883,  the same day he opened the  Southeren Exposition. Sometime in the 1880s, the club was the birthplace of the Old Fashioned, possibly the first drink to be called a cocktail.

Long form Ceremony edit versus the Short Form Edit: All weddings we produce, include a long form ceremony edit while the short form edit is included in our Bronze or higher packages. The long form edit contains the complete ceremony in it's entirety while the short form edit is condensed. The short form edit is probably the video you'll want to show your friends while the long form edit will be a family heirloom. In comparison, Mark and Melissa's long form edit is over 50 minutes, while the short ceremony edit (above right) is just over 23 minutes.

Our families loved having this childhood montage as a part of the wedding weekend! It's was great for the other person's family to get a great feel for our lives growing up, before we met each other, when our extended families came together for the first time at the wedding. Mark grew up in Boston and Chicago, I grew up in Louisville - so there was a lot of catching up to do about our childhoods by the time we met each other living in Cincinnati after college. Thanks, Ron, for making such a special montage for us and our families!

Your welcome Melissa. I too thoroughly enjoy producing the growing up montage prior to the wedding. It gives me a chance to become familiar with the family and wedding party. By the time the wedding rolls around, I feel like part of the family.

Your wedding is a moment you want to capture so you can look back on it for years to come. There is no better way do to that than a wedding videographer.
