We at Digital Creations continue to enhance our ability to deliver wedding cinematography at it’s finest. We have recently purchased a series of training materials from Mark and Trisha Van Lanken of Picture This Productions, Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The Von Lanken’s are recipients of over 20 local and international awards, and were recently recognized by “EventDV” Magazine as one of the country’s most innovative and influential wedding video studios.  They were also added to the WEVA hall of fame during the 16th annual WEVA Expo held August 21-24 at Madalay Bay in Las Vegas.

Additionally, I was fortunate enough to acquire the services of Mark and Trisha to record my daughters wedding in St. Louis, MO back in May of this year (2006) and am currently in the process of editing the video myself.  If there ever was the perfect training opportunity of a lifetime, this has been it!  Very few videographers have been given this privilege, and I’m totally humbled by this experience and fascinated by the amount of knowledge I have acquired which has greatly influenced my own work that will ultimately benefit our future clients.
