Trisha & Mark Von Lanken to shoot daughters wedding!
![]() |
My daughter Rachel is getting married this May in St. Louis MO. In an attempt to figure out how I could possibly play the roll of “Father of the Bride” and videographer I posted a message on a national forum of professional videographers which I frequent. My thoughts were to hire a couple videographers to help me shoot the wedding. I figured after I walked her down the aisle and gave her away; I could quickly change hats and jump behind my trusty ole Glidecam to get the cinematic shots. So I quickly started receiving messages from other videographers stating that I needed to “bite the bullet” and simply hire another company to shoot the entire wedding and just be satisfied with wearing only one hat that day, that of the “Father of the Bride” I then started to receive offers from several videographers to record her special day, but one man and wife team from Tulsa Oklahoma stood out from among all the others. I received a private message from Mark Von Lanken of Picture This Productions, Inc. informing me that he and wife Trisha were available on Rachel's wedding date. |
They offered to shoot Rachel's wedding and turn the tapes over to me to edit! I was floored to say the least! I simply couldn’t refuse the deal of a lifetime! So I feel honored to report that I have secured the professional services of Trish & Mark Von Lanken to shoot my daughter's wedding!

It went very well, I've learned a lot, and still haven't finished editing her full video.
